We may have made some progress on selling this house. Maybe. I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but we definately took a step in the right direction today. So, I would like you to pray for the following:
- That this house sells - at the right price, and soon.
- That our new house will miracously pop up on the MLS just in time for us to buy it. Because it's not there yet. And my sister in law (who spent an hour with me tonight looking online) will attest to that. She admitted that she thought I may have been being too picky. Then she saw what was out there. And she ate her everloving words. For like the hundredth time.
- Pray that God's will be done. Even if it doesn't coincide with prayers # 1 & 2. I firmly believe that God will never lead us in the wrong direction. Ever.
- Final prayer - please pray that if God's will does not coincide with prayers #1 & 2 - that He will make it a bit more clear to me what it is He has planned for us. I'm not good at picking up on His clues. Possibly pray that God send me an email. Or send an angel to my bedside in the middle of the night explaining the entire plan. Or air a commercial detailing His intentions right smack dab in the middle of this weeks Grey's Anatomy episode. Is this too much to ask? Pray for something obvious. Like "smack me upside my head" obvious. 'Cause I ain't pickin' up what He's puttin' down right now.

Oh man. What a tough tough time to be selling a house. Why do we have hope? Did someone promising come by and look at it? Maybe you can offer to throw in a free photo shoot with the sell of the house.
If you have an agent they should be getting updates throughout the day regarding the housing market in...in...Gig Harbor?? If you need an agent my sister will hook you up...or my mom.
In the mean time...we will pray. All of us. Together.
And ps, I cried like a baby at Horton Hears A Who. Powerful. Powerful movie.
and ps again, I JUST found out that Stan called you up in the wee hours of the night to buy off all of their portraits. I'm a little embarassed about that. I'm glad you stuck to your guns...cause you know I'd be calling up to pay you off for the rest of our too. ;) I love the ones they picked though.
First off, my words are always sweet, so I don't mind eating them every now and then!
Secondly, THANK YOU for ruining the end of a movie I have YET to see! Not cool sista....not cool.
Thirdly, I will be praying for you, and just so you know me and God well... we're like this *holds up hand with fingers crossed*.
Lastly, if you get a bit discouraged trying to figure it out, remember sometimes the best way to hear what God says is to read what He wrote.

Ugh, sometimes "thy will be done" totally sucks while thy will is being done.
However, in hindsight you get to see how "thy will has been done" gets you to the next way cool part where you once again pray for "they will to be done" again.
Makes about as much sense as your prayer did (which I was able to follow along completely!)
