So, we just found out the big news today - we are having another baby girl! I can't even begin to explain how excited I am. Alivia came with us to the ultrasound appt. today and she got to see her baby sister for the first time. The first thing I said to her was how excited I am that she's going to have a sister. I never had a sister, and always wanted one - so I'm just thrilled that I get to watch them grow up together and share that special bond. And I'm excited to be "Mama" to another girl. Girls are so fun to shop for, dress-up and play with. I always wanted to have a daughter, and now I get to have TWO!
Andrew told me that he wanted this baby to be another girl because he wants to be my only "best guy." He doesn't want to share that title with anyone - but he said we would still love the baby if it was a boy. I told him the news as soon as he got off the bus today, and he responded with a fist in the air and a loud "YES!" This time around he's really aware of what's going on, and really excited to meet his baby sister. He's got a big job ahead of him. Now he has two little sisters to protect.
I know I've said it before, but I'm a lucky girl. Life just keeps getting better and better, and this is certainly no exception! Here are some pics from the ultrasound:

I swear having babies has made me the biggest sap! I'm sitting here reading your blog with TEARS!!! What is this!?! I think when you have kids you really remember how special those moments are. Raising sisters is the best and I can't wait for you to get in on the fun!
