It's a good thing Andrew is such a good sport and loves me so much, or else he just might need therapy when he gets older.

Andrew says...

This morning, I woke up with a nice big white zit on my chin. One of my favorite side effects of pregnancy!!! It's really lovely. I was getting Andrew dressed for school and he says the following:
Andrew: "Mama, why do you have an owie on your chin?"

Me: "I don't know, it was just there this morning."

Andrew: "Hmmmm.......maybe it's a punishment from God."

Me: (trying very hard not to laugh outloud) "Maybe..."

Andrew: "But you've been taking very good care of me, haven't you?"

Me: (now trying EVEN harder not to laugh) "I try to...."

Extreme Makeover: Alivia Edition

My daugther has a huge facination with beauty products. Specifically, my beauty products. For example, she has managed to get a hold of not one, but two new bottles of lotion and empty them on to my bedroom carpet. Then she smears it around on the carpet, her clothes and hair. I try to keep my make-up put away, but if I forget, man, she's on it like white on rice. A few days ago, I didn't hear her doing anything upstairs (which means she's into some sort of trouble) and this is what I found. Let me just say that she is perfectly aware that Mama's make-up is a no-no. Take a look at what she did with my eyeliner. Enjoy!
